1) Items for the matric dance are not allowed to be taken home. Learners will receive their rentals a few days prior to the event for fitting, and then again on the day of the event, early before it begins. We will collect the items at the end of the event, and learners will receive their deposits by the following day.
2) Our goal is to ensure that customers receive their complete deposit at all times while also safeguarding our products from any damage.
3) When items are returned in the same good condition, customers receive their full deposit. Otherwise, negotiations will take place.
4) Each product available for rent comes with a deposit amount that must be settled before you receive your item. You can find the deposit amount displayed in your cart summary.
